Cancellation & Postpone Policy
Clear and transparent guidelines regarding changes to your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- 1 Week Before Check-In: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the booking amount.
- 4-6 Days Before Check-In: A 50% deduction will be applied to the booking amount.
- 3 Days or Less Before Check-In: The booking amount is non-refundable.
Postponement Policy
- 1 Week Before Check-In: Free of charge accommodation of request, subject to availability.
- Less Than 1 Week Before: Requests within 6 days incur a 10% processing fee (subject to availability).
- Same-Day Requests: Treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
Standard Bookings
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: 50% administrative/processing charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: 80% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival: No Refund.
- No Show / Same Day Cancellation: No Refund.

- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Postponement requests are valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date and depend on availability.
